Tipton Ranch has a strict no returns and no refunds policy on all perishable and food related items. This includes all beef orders, and other food items that may be offered on our site.

We will accept any unworn, unused, unwashed, non-perishable merchandise. You may return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, but you are responsible for shipping or hand-delivering the item(s) back to the ranch. To begin the return process, please contact us at tiptonranchok@gmail.com. Remember, this only applies to non-perishable items.
