We try to ship orders within a few days from the order being placed. Beef orders will be shipped at the beginning of each week and will usually arrive within 48 hours after being shipped. Non-perishable orders are shipped within 72 hours from the time your order is placed, unless otherwise specified.

Beef should arrive to you frozen. If the beef does not arrive frozen, kindly contact us, and we will be happy to ship you a replacement box. Some orders may include packaged dry-ice. Please take precautions and be careful not to come in contact with it directly, as it can cause frostbite.
